Energy Bill Savings

I worked with Shawn and Chris during the installation in my home. When I inquired on their website, I got contacted within a few short hours to get the process going. Chris came out to look at my house and give me a good estimate before agreeing. I explained some of the nuances to my house and was able to ask any questions I had.

On installation day, the team arrived on time and gave me a quick rundown of what they would be doing throughout the day, and then they got to work. After they were complete with the installation and cleaned up, they gave my wife and me a walk around the house to tell us what they did. I can’t tell that they were even there. They did excellent on clean-up.

We had a strange smell occur after installation (it went away within a few days and was not related to their product). It concerned Shawn and Chris enough that they contacted other dealers throughout the country to get to the bottom of it. I really appreciate the extra mile they went to ensure us the smell was not from the product. Likely, it was something that existed in the walls (we had mice and existing moisture in the walls). They continued to follow up afterward to ensure all was right, and it is.

As for the performance of the product, it exceeds expectations! Prior to the RetroFoam, the temperature was inconsistent between our rooms, and it was hard to maintain the temperature. Since then, the temperature has been consistent between rooms, and our furnace does not have to run as often to help maintain temperature throughout the house.

My wife and I are very happy that we stumbled upon Gateway RetroFoam LLC. We don’t know what we would have done otherwise. These guys are very good at what they do! You won’t be disappointed!
